Client Service - what our customers say

Client service is usually the difference between a good experience and a bad one.

We pride ourselves on our ability to listen to our clients and answer their questions whilst giving solutions that suit the job at hand and assist the client to understand what is happening.

At Mercury Printing Services we use a Quality Assurance process to check your job at multiple points during it's passage from approval to delivery. We don't leave things to chance, we check and double check to ensure that we keep your job on time and to the best quality we can provide.

While we don't actively seek client feedback or praise, we are pleased to say that positive feedback is something we receive often.

This is typical of what we receive;

Redden Advertising & Design:

"We have been in the business of print and advertising for over 17 years and we have worked with many printers on behalf of our clients and I can unreservedly say that Mercury Printing Services stands out in the field of printing due to their commitment to quality and client service and their ability to assist us to get the job right. Being able to design to the full capability of Mercury gives us more scope with our clients, as we know that the job will come up looking tops - no ifs, no buts.

Plenty of printers say they can deliver quality and service, but we have had some long and painful experiences to say they cannot. With Mercury, they deliver what they say they will - everytime. Mercury Printing Services is an integral and trusted print provider to Redden Advertising & Design - their prompt and friendly client service is a revelation!..."  Peter Redden - Proprietor.
